General

What AgenixSocial is and who it is for.

What is AgenixSocial?+

AgenixSocial is an AI content operating system for D2C and marketplace brands. It learns brand and product context, then helps create social content, Product Shots, AI Creator Videos, Marketplace Listing Studio images, Amazon A+ Studio content, Campaigns, and Founder Studio assets.

Who is it for?+

It is built for D2C Founders, Marketplace Sellers, Amazon Sellers, creative Agencies, and modern Ecommerce Teams who need a product-aware workspace to coordinate multiple content streams.

Does AgenixSocial replace my marketing team?+

No. It is a production tool designed to reduce repetitive briefing and asset preparation, allowing your team to focus more on strategy and growth.

Brand DNA

How the reusable brand context is created.

What is Brand DNA?+

Brand DNA is the reusable brand twin inside AgenixSocial. It analyzes your store, captures voice guidelines, and stores product context so subsequent content generation never starts from a blank prompt. Learn more on the Brand DNA details page.

What does Brand DNA analyze?+

It analyzes public brand websites, identity cues, product specifications, and connected social media history to establish consistent brand parameters.

How long does a Brand DNA run take?+

A typical Brand DNA analysis completes in about 30 seconds, immediately establishing your reusable brand twin profile.

When should I refresh Brand DNA?+

You should trigger a refresh of your Brand DNA profile whenever you launch a new product catalog, undergo a brand voice pivot, or shift visual guidelines.

Products and Shopify

Syncing product profiles and importing catalogs.

Do I need Shopify to use AgenixSocial?+

No. Shopify is currently the best-supported import path, but brands can manually add product descriptions, dimensions, and reference images.

Does AgenixSocial import Shopify products automatically?+

Yes. Once connected, it imports product names, descriptions, prices, currency, and existing images into your catalog.

Can products be added manually?+

Yes. Sellers using other platforms or selling exclusively on marketplaces can manually input catalog details and utilize all creator studios.

AI Creator Videos

Avatar-led video explainers and UGC creation.

What is an AI Creator Video?+

AI Creator Videos are avatar-led product showcase videos, also referred to as UGC Videos in the workspace, supporting over 40+ languages. Details are available on the AI Creator Videos page.

Is it the same as UGC Video?+

UGC Video is the label used inside the app interface. AI Creator Videos is the marketing term for these avatar-led product explainers.

What inputs are required for video generation?+

You select a product, pick a built-in or custom avatar scene, select a target language, and choose a content angle (such as testimonial or problem-solution).

Can scripts be edited before rendering?+

Yes. The system generates an initial script which you can fully edit and refine before spending credits to render the final video.

What happens after video generation?+

Generated videos can be saved to your media library, scheduled directly to connected social channels, or downloaded as MP4 files.

Product Shots

Generating photoshoots and visual assets.

What is Product Shots?+

Product Shots is an AI photography studio that generates lifestyle, studio, macro, and flat lay product visuals from your catalog photos. Explore shot types on the Product Shots page.

Which photography styles can it create?+

It supports white studio backgrounds, environmental lifestyle scenes, flat lays, macro close-ups, and product-in-use settings.

Does it use real product context?+

Yes. It uses your Brand DNA and product reference photos to generate consistent scenes instead of random stock backgrounds.

Can it add text overlay to images?+

Yes. The workspace allows you to specify text overlays directly on generated images during the studio flow.

Is it a replacement for all photography?+

No. Product Shots reduces the need for many physical shoots, but brand teams should still review images for packaging claims and platform accuracy.

Marketplace and Amazon

Listing packs, templates, and Amazon A+ Studio workflows.

What is Listing Studio?+

Marketplace Listing Studio helps sellers convert a single product profile into a planned sequence of listing images tailored for major marketplaces. Explore options on the Marketplace Listing Studio page.

Which marketplaces are supported?+

Listing Studio supports Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and eBay.

Does Listing Studio revamp existing images or create from scratch?+

It supports both. You can refresh existing listing graphics or generate entirely new visual sequences.

Is Amazon A+ Studio only for Amazon?+

Yes. Amazon A+ Studio is specifically built for Standard, Enhanced, and Brand Story Amazon A+ visual module sizes and specifications.

What are Standard, Enhanced, and Brand Story modes?+

These modes correspond to Amazon's A+ layouts. Standard supports up to 5 modules, Enhanced supports up to 7, and Brand Story is for the horizontal scrolling brand module.

Does AgenixSocial guarantee Amazon or marketplace approval?+

No. The system generates policy-conscious module storyboards, but final approval depends on Amazon policies and seller account eligibility.

Founder Studio

Founder-led visual assets and cloned voices.

What is Founder Studio?+

Founder Studio is a workspace to scale founder-led content. It uses face photos and optional voice references to create portrait visuals and videos. Read about likeness profiles on the Founder Studio page.

Does it use the founder's real face and cloned voice?+

Yes. It uses uploaded images to represent the face, and cloned voice generation if a consenting voice sample is provided.

Is consent required for Founder Studio?+

Yes. Explicit consent is required to use face or voice profiles. Fictional avatars are provided for testing and demo purposes.

Can a brand add multiple founders?+

Yes. You can manage multiple founder profiles and switch between them when creating content.

Pricing and credits

Pay-as-you-go billing and packs.

How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?+

Instead of monthly subscriptions, you buy credits in packs (Starter, Creator, Growth, Scale, or Studio) and spend them only when generating content. Details are on the Pricing page.

What are credits used for?+

Credits are spent across all workspace studios—including Product Shots, AI Creator Videos, Listing Studio, A+ Studio, Campaigns, and Founder Studio.

Will users see costs before generation?+

Yes. Stated credit costs are shown transparently inside the product workspace before you execute a generation.

Publishing and scheduling

Scheduling outputs and file formats.

Which platforms can connect for publishing?+

Supported direct social publishing connections are Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

How do I export generated assets?+

All visual and video assets can be saved directly in your team media library or downloaded as ZIP packs and MP4 files.
